But it doesn’t change the way I feel about you

I can’t stand you, I want you by my side

I want you to leave me alone

I never want to see you again

But yet you can pull me back in

With that smile

And those beautiful eyes

You would make angels fall in love

So why should I be any different?

Why should I be able to leave you?

All I want to do is walk away

And all I can do is stand here

Like the idiot that I am

Staring into your eyes

Trying to see into your soul

Trying to see if you even have a soul

Because I seem to be a beautiful mess

And I feel like you can fix me

Make me whole again

Because you say that you love me

And why wouldn’t I believe you

When love is so rare to find these days

And everyone is scared to admit they are in love

That we are in love

And we can live happily together forever

Not worrying about tomorrow
